Robert and his team were wonderful and came back multiple times to figure out issues with a faulty drain that I had bought on my own. My bathroom looks gorgeous and they did a thorough job with cleanup as well. Can’t recommend them enough!

When you are told the time will be here, they are here. They constantly clean up after themselves and leave it better than they found it. Will I call Hurtado Tile or recommend them to others, your darn tootin I will.

Robert & his crew tore out old carpet, and ceramic tile, and laid porcelain tile. His crews were amazing and very hardworking. They showed up on time and stayed til 6 pm. We are just so happy with the job he did. I am planning on using him again when we do our showers. Robert told me up front that he would not be the cheapest, but it would be worth it. He was absolutely right.

Everything was going excellent until the last day. He allowed his grandson to finish up the job but he obviously needed more training and oversight. The caulking he did was not well done at all.

Our master bathroom was transformed from a base home-builder concept to an oasis thanks to Mr. Hurtado and his team. The crew was extremely friendly, hard-working, and respectful of our space. The customer service was outstanding, and the job was completed on time and on budget. The professionalism of the team was top notch. We even hired them for entryway and kitchen tile replacement right after the bathroom job due to the excellent effort and work. We plan to use and recommend this company as much as possible!

Grout color throughout both rooms is highly inconsistent, they did not mix it well which takes away from the appearance.

BUYER BEWARE Always make sure you have a written bid that clearly states what the bid covers in detail before the final decision is made to move forward with the work. This mistake cost me about $1500 extra on a $9100 verbal bid at the end. CAREFULLY INSPECT FINAL WORK BEFORE PAYING This mistake cost me hours on my hands and knees removing haze and excess grout that was left all over the floor when it was not completely cleaned. I had 3 bids and even though the bid of $9100 was higher than one bid and within a few dollars of the third I accepted this since there was a team available to start immediately. Robert walked through the house and explained in detail everything that I wanted done with the lead tile installer and me before asking for 50% or $1950 up front. The only change I made to the job was to not have a more expensive pattern done in the dining room which reduced the cost.. The only additional work that had to be done was a portion of the floor in the family room that had to be "floated". We moved into a hotel to expedite the work and did not have a chance to really examine the floors and backsplash before being asked to make the final payment that was almost $1500 more that the original verbal bid. In addition the backsplash was covered in grout and when cleaned revealed a mismatch that indicated that the team had never worked with a mosaic pattern that required matching the tiles. There are numerous broken times that were just grouted over as if I wanted an antique distressed look of some kind. The trim painting was so bad I am having it professionally repainted so that all of the dirt can be sanded out since no attempt was made to do the painting in a clean environment. I do have paint spots all over my new floor that have to still be removed when the painter arrives. The trim was painted in my living room in the middle of the dust and mess of laying tile on the floor. My husband and I spent hours on our hands and knees removing the haze that was not cleaned properly by the crew. I emailed Robert for resolution and waited a month before writing the review in the hopes he would be concerned enough to respond but this effort was futile.

Great customer service with fast response time, workers very pleasant, neat and hard working with a great attention to detail. Would hire them again in a skinny minute! Very well run company.
