He was true to his word at every turn, communicated really well and while he peeled back the layers of the work that had been previously done, kept us really well informed. Jamie fixed all the terribly shoddy work, repaired all the short cuts and installed our flooring the right way. Jamie went above and beyond to get it right. Our nightmare is over and the new floors look incredible!"

"They worked really fast, turned a two day job into one day, however, so fast, they damaged the baseboards in all our rooms, our freshly painted walls and broke an electrical outlet in the floor in our living room. So they were fast and furious like a bull in a china shop , but not careful with their work- just wanted to get done and move on to the next job. They were unwilling to move furniture out of the master bath for the plumber to complete his work same day, so uncooperative with that extra request. Love the carpet. They did clean up afterwards and moved furniture back into place. Only one of them spoke English, so language barrier was an issue."

"Wow! Between four and six workers were here for several hours and our house (2000 sq. ft; multiple pets) has never been cleaner. The workers spoke no English, but that was less of a problem that I anticipated. The only very minor issue is that, as others commented, they empty trash but don't replace the bags/liners. That is almost too minor to mention, though. The cleaning was intense and thorough. I would love to have them come more frequently, but because of the cost I probably will only use them for occasional deep cleaning a couple of times a year."
