It went very well. He was on time and very thorough. He was courteous, which I really appreciated. He cleaned up after himself very well. The carpet looked good afterwards.

He brought in a leaking dehumidifier and wrecked the carpet in my master bedroom closet. The carpet had to be replaced because of him. The dehumidifier didn't work properly and since it was a rainy weekend it pulled in all of the water in the air and dumped back into my carpet. I called the owner and he came and told me "yea, it's not working right, I will have to take it home and fix it". He didn't even bother to say "I'm sorry". I would not use them again under any circumstances.

John was scheduled to come between 12:00 and 2:00pm. He called at 9:40am, said he was ahead of schedule and asked to come early. I said sure. He arrived around 10:15am. He was very professional and honest. He did a great job and even gave me a price cut since I didn’t need the sides and back cleaned! Great job!

After 5 years of not having our carpets professionally cleaned and I just had a major spill earlier in the day. I called PROFESSIONAL CARPET SYSTEMS at noon. This was my 3rd call to request an estimate. The owner James said he can send the tech. (John) out this afternoon. John arrived at 2pm, he gave me the best quoits and said he could squeeze me in and start now. Others were booked out 7-14 days before they could come out just to give me an est. PCS came out on time and gave me an estimate for cleaning and repairing carpet. Since the estimate was acceptable, we hired them for the job. They showed up on time on the scheduled day and finished on time. The cleaning was exceptional and the repair work impeccable. We will always use PCS for our carpet cleaning needs. In fact, I'll be having them do another whole house cleaning in November.

I was pleasantly surprised. They called in advance to let me know what time they would arrive and they arrived when they said they would. They didn't try to tack on a bunch of extra charges like some (many) carpet cleaners do. They carpets dried fast and looked great. What more could you ask for! The initial price quote was comparable to other companies that I called.

PCS is a great company. I've used them twice. The first time was when I moved into my home in September of 2006. The previous homeowners were smokers, and the technician was able to totally remove the smoke odor from the carpets. The second time was sometime in Spring of 2009 (I think). I had two dogs at the time and the technician thoroughly cleaned the carpets and one of my chairs. The stains were gone from the carpet when he was finished. Both times I used PCS the technician showed up on time, was unobtrusive while working, and was polite and friendly. I would definitely use PCS again.

It was great. They did a fantastic job. They were prompt. They did what they said they would do. They came back later, as part of original contract, to do a basic clean. We were very happy with them.

Arrived at time specified and called first to confirm. Did a very good job of cleaning the carpets. Did not move any of the smaller furniture that could have been moved in the living room like small end tables. I had been told these would be moved. I also was working on a computer, and didn't pay close enough attention.
