The hole thing was easy. Midtown town helped with everything along the way.

Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. The patio cover was finished in one day and cleanup in the yard was done the same day. The crate in the driveway took a few days to retrieve. Mostly because it was a holiday weekend. We had very little debris that could just be swept away. Everyone from start to finish was friendly and prompt. Every question I had was addressed immediately. Michaela and Nolan, and everyone involved did a great job. Thank you😊

The key to being successful is all about selling 3 things. 1. The Company 2. The Product 3. Yourself. Johnny did an amazing job selling all 3. He discussed the benefits of Midtown Home Improvement all without disparaging other companies but instead focused on the benefits his company has to offer. We will recommend Midtown Home Improvements to anyone and everyone that sees our deck as well as try to score some referral money when they make their purchases after seeing our deck.

Midtown promises â constant customer communicationâ in the sales pitch. Not so. They started the deck project 2 days early without telling me. I came home from out of town and was shocked to see the old deck was demolished, the frame for the new one was up and a bush in the landscaping was removed without consulting me. The builders themselves worked long, hard hours in high heat and humidity. The deck is beautiful. It was completed in June. Ever since I have been asking Midtown to repair and paint the siding where the old deck was, which they agreed to do. I have multiple emails saying, â Oh yes, someone will be out on X day to fix it.â As of Dec 1 it is not fixed. Extremely frustrating experience.

They were installing right away. Did an excellent job. Would recomend them to anyone . The

Ultra-long initial sales pitch. The original order (after waiting months) came in the wrong color. Waited several more months for correct windows. Issues with installation. Took weeks and several calls to get someone to inspect. Was promised gift cards to submit reviews. Called several times about this. Still have not gotten them.

Severe lack of communication and the job is incomplete after 9 months. No follow through. No one has done what they said they would do!

We used Midtown for our new deck and we absolutely love it! They handled everything from tear down and haul away to getting permits to communicating along the way about minor issues and following up after the project was completed.
