Like many who embark on these types of projects it is a long journey before you find the general contractor you feel will communicate well, be commercially aligned, there is trust, is professional and knowledgeable and finally passionate and cares. James and his team are all the above and more and based on work to date I would be very happy to recommend Elemental Designs if you are looking to use their services.
