"I was very impressed with the service I received. Andrew, the technician showed up around an hour after I contacted the company to get a quote to have my dryer vent cleaned. He completed the work in about 15 minutes and cleaned the area around the vent so it was cleaner than when he arrived. He answered questions I had about the damage not having a clean vent could cause. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. "They wanted to do both services in one day. The wood should be completely dry before painting. I had the same service completed last year and there was at least two days scheduled between the cleaning and painting. When I questioned why they were cutting corners this year the owner suggested I seek service elsewhere. I did just that!!!!!!"
