I can’t even say enough great things about this company. The owner and his crew were outstanding! Did such a great job on our garage addition. They were so patient and understanding. The owner (Frank) even came with me to the city appeal hearing. A+ communication. Reasonably priced. Would I recommend him to family? He IS family. I am so grateful I found him on Angi’s list and hired him for this project. I highly recommend him!

We had a roof cap vent installed to correct previous roofing error from another company. They came in cut the roof vent in correcting the problem we were having in our attic.

We had a TVA home inspection after they completed our work. The TVA inspectors were very impressed with the quality of their work and rated the attic insulation a 10 out of 10. They took pictures and were going to use them in their meetings to show others of how it should be done! Very good job and we can already see changes in our electricity bill!

Frank and his crew came in and removed all of the mold and sealed off for protection. They were able to remove all of the mold and debris very quickly. We also had structural problems caused by the water leak. Theyâ ve made our house better than new. They have sistered and replaced everything from floor joists, subfloors, flooring, wallboard all the way to the crack in our brick. We totally replaced our bathrooms and are so thankful for how well they have turned out. We have known Frank for years and knew he was reliable and trustworthy. Heâ s got a great crew working for him and they will definitely do a good job for you!!!

A lean too or an additional covered parking space was added to our carport. The addition is very well built and looks great. We had them cover the entire carport with the same roofing, siding around the top of the entire carport and added gutters. While doing all this work they checked for any wood that might need replacing. Some wood was replaced while other pieces only needed a few extra nails. Loved the completed job.

Working with Frank was the single worst business experience of my life. Our remodel was supposed to take a month and began last June. Tomorrow is February 1. We have had to pay for housing this entire time and his workers do not come for weeks at a time. He lies constantly!!! Writes a vague contract that he can manipulate later. Do not trust his word. He will not give you specifics on the contract and then tell you that a tiny amount is allotted. He owes us so much money back for work he has not done, and no one has been on the job for a month. I am devastated and can not sleep from the stress. Beware of Frank McGill.

Frank and his crew are wonderful. You can trust they are going to give you their best efforts. Being able to totally trust a crew in and out of your house is really a valuable trait these days. They will be the first call we make for our future plans.

Rain or Shine - Frank and his team of craftsman are all honest hard working people. They built a fire pit and benches from a drawing we had put together. It is beautiful, even better than we dreamed. The craftsmanship is absolutely incredible. Frank gives you a timeframe and he always hits his mark. They keep the area clean and picked up during their time on the property. Thank you!

Frank and his crew built a new storage unit for us. It was important that the new structure look as close as possible to the existing cabin we had adjacent to the build. We went back and forth several times with Frank on the design of the building, and he was always most helpful and patient to ensuring our needs were being met. The end result is a beautiful storage unit that is consistent with the look and feel of our property. While Frank's team is terrific, it should also be known that Frank provides consistent oversight on the project which is helpful to ensure all is moving to plan. We give Frank our highest recommendation.

Rebult my outdoor swing area and put concrete underneath it. It has a new roof that matches my home and looks just beautiful! Wonderful place to sit outside.

Rebuilt my back porch and installed a ramp. It looks amazing!

Mr. Frank's crew remodeled my bathroom with a custom marble walk in shower, It is gorgeous! They also replaced all my countertops with a beautiful non-porus solid surface.

Mr. Frank built me the most beautiful custom cabinet for storage with soft close doors. It's exactly what I wanted. The shelves even can be easily adjusted up or down. I wouldn't hire anyone else.

I absolutely love my new roof! They did an excellent job and used high quality materials. Mr. Frank was very attentive to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn't be more pleased.

Frank and his crew were absolutely outstanding to work with. Excellent communication and they finished early and on budget (how often does that happen!). The craftsmanship is simply perfect and they took care of every detail. They cleaned up every day and left no mess. And heâ s a very kind person as well. My absolute highest recommendation. I wish I had known about him a couple years ago when I did my major kitchen remodeling!

The workers did a great job.

Frank was absolutely wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to get done and how we wanted it. He stayed in touch with us weekly about the construction and if we were pleased with everything. We told him that we would like the construction to be completed in 6 months and by the 7th month we were moved in!

Frank is a very dependable and trustworthy man who you can trust. Whether the project is major, or a small one like mine, Frank does precise work and provides great attention to detail. His word is gold and you can bank on it!

Frank painted the exterior of my home, installed new shutters and exterior doors, as well as installed a floating kitchen counter-top. The pricing was fair and communication was open when changes needed to be made to both materials and the initial quote. Easy to work with.

Frank was willing to change some plans when materials were no longer available to purchase. We also were able to talk about building changes and concerns.
