Mr. [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry you weren't happy with your experience. We try to ensure every customer is satisfied. I want to clarify that you were not "passed on." Jerry and his crew work for me, although he may sometimes do jobs on his own. When accidents happen we try to remedy the situation. The crew brought a power washer the next day to clean up paint from the porch. When the plastic floor protector was removed, a vase was indeed broken and you were paid $50. I'm sorry that you will be unable to find another vase like it. I agree the crew should have brought their broom and vacuum, and usually always do. Thank you for lending him your equipment. After the ceiling was re-painted, you said everything looked good, paid him, and he thought you were happy. I want to again apologize, and am sorry for any misunderstanding.Service Provider Response
