We chose to purchase the flooring ourselves and have them install but didn’t realize the flooring we bought was very low quality. Scott stopped work and contacted me to let me know he would move forward with the work if I wanted him to but he highly recommended buying a different flooring. He was right and he helped us call around to find flooring that day and went to pick it up for us. The installation is perfect and took less time than we expected.
