She charged me for the part and the service call and promised to come by the following week to complete the work. Long story short, she gave me the run around for 6 weeks before I gave up and had to buy a new fridge. She never refunded my $170. Please never do business with this person! It took me so long to write this review because I didn’t want to drag someone’s name through the mud, but after reading a recent review and seeing that she is still treating people this way I had to finally review her."
