The washer wouldn't run we took it into the shop. They worked on the washer and found the brake was stuck, after freeing up the brake it was found the spill tube was bad they replaced this assembly with a used one and got the machine working like new. Thank you for your help and hard work.

They did a great job. Alex figured out the problem, and replaced the malfunctioning part. He even recommended a used part which they warranty) to save me money. I will definitely use them again!

They quickly found the problem and ordered the part needed for the repair. They told me when the part would be in and when they would be back and kept their word. They also cleaned up before they left. They were very professional.

Our technician was Alex. He showed up within the time frame we were told. That's important to me. He was very efficient and clearly knew what he was doing. He fixed the water system quickly and needed to go pick up a new defroster for the other refrigerator's freezer. The part did not seemed over-priced, and he returned quickly. For getting back 2 totally working refrigerators, we were very pleased to spend less than $230, rather than having to replace one of them for a minimum of $1200 or more! We are pleased to recommend Alex, for sure! I am assuming that the rest of the repair people are up to his standard.

It was free when he came the second time. There weren't a thing I did not like about the man. In fact, I love the repairman. He is darling. He came before he said he would. Every time he comes out here to fix it, he fixed what was broken at the time. His price is excellent.

Our washer made a terrible noise that seemed to be getting worse, so we
called them. They had an opening in their schedule that was reasonably
soon and worked with my schedule. The repair man was nice and
straightforward. Turned out there wasn't anything wrong, a part of the
bottom outer frame had just gotten bent in our recent move and was
scraping on the drum as it turned. He hammered it out quickly and then
was done.
It was a $60 service charge to come out to central Oak Ridge from Clinton, and a $30 fee for the hammering out of the frame.
I have referred my friends to them as well.
