It is refreshing to deal with honest, hardworking people. They are licensed and insured, and in the area I live in this is hard to come by. What impressed me the most is that they did the job right, no cutting corners, no making excuses etc. If they hit a snag, which this house was built in the sixties as a fishing cabin so there are plenty, they figure it out before moving forward the correct way. Their pricing is reasonable, and considering the quality of their work, a bargin. I highly recommend Patriot Home Improvement for all remodeling needs, large or small. These guys like to work and are thankful for the opportunity to work. This is a rare trait in today's world. You can't go wrong with these guys! "The crew worked very quickly, were consistent in their work, very friendly and respectful and surprisingly quiet for a construction crew. They took down our deck that was falling apart and the new deck is very sturdy and beautiful. We will definitely be hiring them when we redo the second deck. They also had the lowest price and were able to do an add on with no problem."

"Very poor quality ! Communication is awful no follow up . Finally just paid them because they kept sending the same incompetent crew out and them not knowing what to do or how to do job. The spindals and some deck boards has majors gaps at miters big enough to stick finger in. Loose rails and very poor work . Never did get the gates installed I was promised and they were very cheap looking. Just not happy with rails and gates at all. "
