He gave good advice along with suggestions for us to think about. He then worked out a cost estimate and received it quickly. John also went ahead and took care of a number of smaller "fixes" that he found along the way. He and his crew were professional, friendly and courteous, and answered any questions we had as the work progressed. When done, they did a great job cleaning up before they left.
