Wayne was at our house in just a few hours, walked us through options, and the next day he installed our new hot water heater. He is professional in every way, cleans as he goes, and explains everything in his quote in an easy to understand manner. He also caught a leak in our ice maker line we hadn't noticed, and was able to repair in a few days later. Great company we will use again.

Wayne and Ryan are outstanding and easy to work with. They're knowledgeable, professional, reliable, arrived on time and all work was excellently done at a fair price. They cleaned up after each repair and asked me if there were any questions I had, explained things as they did them. Very helpful and I would gladly have them again.

Everything works well, and we are very happy with the units new units. They are quiet, and the water pressure is great. The temperature setting at 120 degrees has worked well for us. Wayne's company is very professional and courteous, and I was impressed they took enough time to look over our old system before making recommendations. I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional and prompt service. The plumber quickly diagnosed the root cause of the problem, and was able to fix it on the spot. United is a cut above other plumbers we have had.

We discovered the leak on Sunday and I left messages with two plumbers asking for a call back and an appointment for Tuesday morning since we would not be home on Monday. Wayne from United Plumbing was the first to call me back the same day and we made an appointment for Tuesday. He arrived on time with an assistant. They were both friendly and professional. They fixed the leak in under an hour. They had to dig up the pipe outside the house where it enters the wall. They replaced the rigid copper pipe with flexible PEX so that future settling of the house or soil would be less likely to break the pipe or the joints. They filled the hole back in and replaced the paver stones and it was hard to tell they had dig it up. Their work was clean and efficient and appears to be of high quality. The "B" for price is because they worked for less than an hour and materials used were minimal, so it appears that paid a labor rate of around $200/hour per person. That seems very high. But in the end I am happy with the work and I feel confident it was done properly. I would likely use them again but would be careful to get an explanation of the labor rate first.

Its the first time I have ever used these folks. I like to have used them a second time, but I was able to fix it myself. I was pretty impressed with them, considering the folks I use to use. They will be my go to plumbing folks now.
