We had just purchased a home and wanted to enclose our screened in back porch. East TN Trades came out immediately to take a look at the scope of work, and I had a quote in my inbox within just a few business hours (not days). After receiving several previous outlandishly priced quotes from other impersonal contractors, I was excited to be given a very reasonable and exceptionally detailed quote by ETT. Our experience with ETT was unlike any I have every experienced with a contractor. I was given daily updates on the progress, received immediate answers to any question I had, and was blown away by the craftsmanship of the entire team. I can honestly say they went above and beyond what I was expecting. Naaman was referred to me by a friend, and I am so glad he was. If I ever have any major work needing done around our house again, I will not hesitate to reach out to them, and encourage anyone to do the same!

The work was excellent. The workers were very efficient, professional, and expert. The best construction experience we have had. Will use them again to build our carport.
