At Guaranteed Services LLC we provide services ranging from floor installation, floor care, home remodeling, fencing, power washing to name a few. Project is not complete and he will not show up, call or email. Continual price gouging. If you hire him, you will be wasting lots of time and money and will end up having to hire professionals to fix their screw ups. They undersized a structural beam by half, causes floor sagging upstairs and sagging roof."

"Viorel was very professional through out the quoting process. He made sure to work around our schedule and was always on time. During the work day my wife, newborn son, and I left for the day to avoid the excess commotion. Upon finding rotten boards he immediately called to let me know the situation and that he was going to do it right, but it may come out more than expected. I really appreciated his promptness in communicating with me and making sure the job was done correctly as replacing a roof is not something to cut corners on. As soon as they were done he called to let me know they were finished. Upon arrival I was very surprised on how well his team cleaned up and left my property exactly the way it was. If I need a roof again in the future (hopefully not for quite some time) I will definitely be contacting Viorel and his crew."

It all is chipping away and to beat all of this, the guy stepped on our liner and teared it off the steps. Now we are replacing a 1 year old liner and the company's response was it's our word against theirs. Do yourself a favor a stay away from this company. They maybe the only ones around Knoxville, but it isn't worth your money"
