Our church has been renovating a home that will allow for us to minister to college students. The whole Seiber team has been professional and helpful, and they have continued to do a great job with the many tasks we've asked of them. I could not recommend this company enough!

Seiber Restoration helped me on a Home Remodel that had a cracked and settled basement foundation. They offered me a cost-effective, fast, and successful repair. They stabilized the footer and repaired the masonry wall, waterproofed it and provided a letter on it so I could successfully sell the home once I was finished with the remodel.

They were professional and easy to communicate and work with on 2 projects. Their work was excellent and they completed the work quickly. They provided documentation and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this company and the owner, Roger Seiber.

Seiber responded quickly to evaluate problems of doors not closing right, spongy floor in spots and major cracks in the garage/laundry room. The work took three days in Sept 2023. The concrete work was a little noisy at times but the results were great. The garage door closes well. Fewer drafts are coming in that room and the nearby kitchen. Cracks the could trip me up are gone. They kept me informed on the progress and didnâ  t charge anything over their detailed estimate. The concrete finishers did a really nice job. Everyone on the job was polite and very professional. We talked about making somewhat larger footers for the supports and they did that. The hoses that piped the concrete to the back of the house and crawl space access leaked in spots. After the concrete hardened it required the use of a shovel to remove the overflow. I havenâ  t heard from the company much since the repairs were done, but my phone quit about that time so that may be why. Seiber might be the one to call for your older home.

I was satisfied with my experience! After my call to them, they gave me a timely appointment to come investigate my problem. At that visit, the investigator gave me an evaluation of the problem and the work to be completed. He also was able to give me an approximate time it would take him to complete the work. He was very communicative and thorough. Additionally, he gave me an estimate of the amount of down payment and total cost if the job, which was good to know. There cost was comparable to others, but also competitive. They were flexible in scheduling.    During the appointment, Iâ m pleased to say that this company took careful and considerate of my home and family.  The job was completed on time. They provided me complete explanation of their work and with photos. They were careful to report what had been done, and show their work. Overall, I am pleased. They were prompt, gave me a clear explanation of work and cost, careful with my home, timely, communicative, and professional. I would recommend them.

I had a brick wall that collapsed on the back of my house, and I didnâ t know the first thing about getting it fixed. I also had other places around my house that were about ready to do the same thing, so this was a major concern for me. One day I saw a Seiber Restoration commercial on TV and it was like a lightbulb came on in my head. I called them up, and set up an appointment for an estimate on how much this would cost me to get fixed. Their prices were very reasonable for the amount of work that I needed done. I still had concerns about letting people work on my house that Iâ ve never dealt with. So I did all my research on Seiber Restoration through the Better Business Bureau, where they have an A+ rating and have been in business for 24 years. Finally my mind was put at ease after checking several reviews from different websites. I felt 100% that Sieber Restoration was for me. They did not let me down. They went over and above to make sure my house was fixed perfectly. They were very professional workers and always came on time. They did everything they said they would do in the contract and more. They cleaned up all the mess and hauled it all away when they were done. I would definitely recommend Sieber Restoration to anyone that is needing foundation or brick work done on their house. After dealing with them one on one, they are the only company that I would allow to do this type of extensive work on my house again, because I am very satisfied with Sieber Restoration.

They were always on time and gave me specifics about what they were doing that day, what time they would be leaving, and what the progression was on the work. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves.I would highly recommend them.

I could not recommend Seiber Restoration more. My home was built in 1899, and the foundation had definitely seen better days. With floors that felt like they moved with the wind, we needed something done that was a permanent solution to stabilizing the foundation. The team at Seiber Restoration was timely, professional, efficient, and clear about the project scope. Our project was completed in a shorter time frame than I was quoted, all while maintaining project integrity and not cutting corners. I doubt I will need any foundation work again because of their quality of work, but if I need any of their services again, they will be my first and only call.

We needed to have support added to reinforce the floor in two areas of our house for a renovation. The team from Seiber Restoration was prompt, courteous and professional. We also needed help with an engineer and they recommended a structural engineer they work with regularly. Roger and his team have done two jobs (Basement support beams and external drainage system) at my house and both have been amazing quality. They were extremely easy to work with and everything was done at top notch quality and a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him for any job you may need, and I will certainly be using Seiber Restoration for any future projects we have.

Seiber Restoration is a great company to do business with. In the very beginning of the process, they worked with us to evaluate the work we needed on the brick foundation of our 1905 Victorian cottage in order to stay within our budget. Work included rebuilding a good portion of our rear foundation and repointing of the remaining foundation of the house. The work they did looked great, was completed in a timely manner and in compliance with Historic Overlay standards. Their staff was very professional, courteous and friendly and always on time. The work site was cleaned up at the end of each work day. They were always able to answer my questions of which I had several. I highly recommend them for work on an historic home.

I have used Seiber Restoration for many projects in the past and I would not hesitate to hire them again.
