If you want a company that only does half the job they were hired to do, then by all means hire this one. We hired them to repair our pool stairs and they only did two of the three. When the third stair cracked they came out and repaired it and then sent out a bill for another $500. For $2000.00 we could have replaced the steps. It all is chipping away and to beat all of this, the guy stepped on our liner and teared it off the steps. Now we are replacing a 1 year old liner and the company's response was it's our word against theirs. Do yourself a favor a stay away from this company. They maybe the only ones around Knoxville, but it isn't worth your money

The owner and scheduler were very responsive.  
The floor of my tub was starting to crack.  The owner reinforced the flooring and resealed the tub with a fiberglass resin.  The color matched perfectly and the floor is very sturdy now. (Note: It's important to keep your house at a warm enough temperature for the resin to set.)
The owner also installed two handicap bars for getting in and out of the tub.

Perma Ceram did an excellent job. I was surprised how good it looked afterward. I couldn't tell that a significant chunk of my shower used to be missing. If I ever need cracks fixed in my bathtub or shower again, I'll probably go with Perma Ceram. One of the guys that came out also gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain my shower and such. Very happy with the service.

.Went great, on time and looks good as new. estimate on the money and within 25% of their minimum charge. Would highly recommend them and saved a ton of money compared to replacing the tub.

I was very pleased with my experience with Perma Ceram. I called them because two of my friends had used them and were very satisfied. They were very professional, prompt, neat and efficient. They called the day before to confirm the time, and the man who did the work called that morning to tell me he was on his way. He completely papered every surface in my bathroom except the tub, and he thoroughly cleaned up when he was finished. The tub looks brand new. I could not be more pleased with this job.

It was fine. However they did not fully cleanup the new glaze which covered other parts of the bathroom. It has turned out to have not been a bad problem though.

This is an economically reasonable way to have a new looking tub. They did an excellent job. They refinished another tub for us 5 years ago and it still looks great. I didn't price shop because I referenced their previous work, but I would suspect their pricing is good. I would hire them again!
