This company is ROCK SOLID, very professional and the work is done right. We had a main water line replaced from the house to the meter which is a major job and it was done quickly without tearing up our front lawn or driveway! Very pleased with this team and thankful. It was outstanding and we would highly recommend The Plumbing Authority for any residential need. They have the nicest crew and in our humble opinion it is to their benefit they hire Veterans. Being a Military family ourselves we find that to be a noble thing to do. We love the bio's that they send out with a picture of the person coming to complete the services too. It's nice to have a picture im my texts to ensure we are letting the right person into our home. The Plumbing Authority has been nothing but attentive to our calls and they are very responsive to questions snd responding to concerns. Again, we strongly belive you can't go wrong hiring this company. We have used them on 2 occasions and for big things and they knocked it out of the park on service and attention to detail. They are our plumber of choice.

First off, they were actually able to have a plumber here in just a few hours- others I called said it would be weeks! My sink faucet was leaking horribly & I need a quick diagnosis. My plumber, Nick Swartz, was professional & knowledgeable.

Two years ago I hired them to move plumbing lines when remodeling my kitchen and two baths. Last summer they installed a whole house water filter and softener. A guy named Mikhail did the work. In my opinion, they provided the most professional construction services I’ve ever hired from any trade….on schedule and within budget.

Very good. The crew worked hard. One member of the crew named Ray worked at a level far above any one I’ve seen in a long time! I’d recommend Plumbing Authority to any one needing plumbing done right.

Mikail came by to give an estimate. I was grateful for his cheerful attitude. His professionalism made me feel comfortable and caused me to trust his plumbing judgment soon after his arrival. He knew exactly where to check for my home's leak. His knowledge caused me to understand why my parent's used this company when their home had a serious leak also. Then Micah came by on installation day. Wow, as far as I could see he has plumbing superpowers! My job was so very work heavy with all the toilet lifting and fishing for underground pipe, but he handled it without any issues because he is up for the challenge. His 20 years experience showed as he accomplished the multiple tasks by himself! I am so impressed by the job he did and the good attitude he constantly displayed. I would call this company again and no other!

Rick was able to remove the old faucets with a bit of effort due to the unusual, suboptimal, way they were originally put in when the house was constructed. Rick was friendly and professional. He gave us an estimate for the best and worst case scenarios and explained them. He able to do the work the same day which was great for us. We appreciated the quick contact from Nancy in their office and their ability to have Rick come out the next day and get the job done well. We will definitely use them when we need plumbing work done in. the future.

He put a pressure release valve on. It was good for a week and the water heater started hissing again. He was on his way back to my house and before he called me on his way here. He was charging me additional $700 before he got here. I don’t him not to come. It cost me $400 the first time. 4/25/2019 I hire a different plumber and he was here 5 minutes and he said our water heater was leaking and it was rusted so it was leaking a while. I’m really upset about them ripping me off.

Great service. Bryan with The Plumbing Authority arrived promptly, assessed our plumbing problems and offered solutions. He and his assistant completed the repairs quickly and made sure that the new components worked properly and looked good. Bryan was very patient explaining each of the steps he was doing and why they needed to be done. He also took the time after the work was complete to discuss possible work I wanted done in the future and gave good advice. Bryan has earned The Plumbing Authority a repeat customer.

when the owner used to do his own work, i would recommend this company, but he now uses contractors that are extremely subpar... then charges you for the service call anyway even though because his worker made me nervous and seemed extremely unknowledgable, i didnt want him to do the work and called the owner to ask him to do the work, and only him, no other contractor, because the past 2 he sent were both subpar. he said ok.. i said as soon as he could but that he didnt have to make a special trip, just whenever he was out this way. i told him i was happy to pay him to do the job, but didnt want to pay this contractor he sent out because his contractor stayed on the cellphone the whole time and seemed confused as to why my pipe was leaking. the owner pitched a fit and required me to pay the service call anyway,. even though no work performed and he still made no diagnosis of what was wrong. he looked at the pipe in my home for about 30 seconds, stayed on the phone for another 20 minutes, and yet i still had to pay the guy??? the contractor also took it upon himself to stand on my ladder on the top rung, where it says do not stand, and put his other foot on the plastic part that is supposed to sit a paint can.... well it has been 6 months, and the owner never came to fix it, like he said he would, but he sure kept my money. i will never hire this company again, extremely subpar. i wish i had never recommended him to begin with.

I rang the door bell several times as well as called and left a business card in the front door. We had spoken a few days earlier and you had told me to come by in the afternoon on certain days and that you would be home. I never called you back to reschedule and thats where I had left it with you. For your information we do not use subcontractors. The men that [Member Information Removed] our trucks are our employees. Im sorry that our services did not meet your expectations. We do not charge by the hour so that when our employees do call the office to discuss an estimate, etc its not at your expense."

Was happy with service but not with Angie's Kist explanation of discount. Angie's List stated a 10% discount on web site. We thought it was for the entire job, however it only applied to the first $500.00 of work. Angie's List beeds more detail on discounts.

After crawling around in our very very narrow crawl space for a while they were unable to find the old pressure reducing valve. Ended up having to dig up the main line by the street and adding the valve there. They were professional and friendly. Did a great job and explained everything along the way.
