I hired Deep Roots Home Improvement to build a deck for me. From the first request for quote, they were prompt, professional, and reliable. They were at the jobsite when they said they would be and always let me know if there were some delay. They did a fabulous job of managing the project - making sure all of the materials were on site, the install crew understood everything required, and that I was in agreement with the plan and all progress made. The install crew did a wonderful job of bringing my vision to reality. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

They just finished redoing my deck and I am very pleased with the work that was done. I have sent photos to family and friends everyone replied back saying that it looked good and that they may have the same thing done. to theirs. It was by luck that I even got them so that was a blessing. I am looking at having my front door and back door replaced when I do this they will be the first I call to have it looked at. I have to say that I did ask for other quotes from other companies on Angis. I either never hard back from the company that did the quote or they were triple the price. Being a veteran and it being Veterans day its nice to know that there are companies out there that take pride in their work. Or at least this one does. Thanks!

Great to work with! They answer the phone and your questions and care if you're happy with the job that they do. I called at different times because of my job and they didn't make me feel like I had to chase them down.
