They cleaned mold and dirt from back of toilet (old one had leaked) that I could not reach, and treated floor with a mold retardant. Can't recommend him highly enough."

At Guaranteed Services LLC we provide services ranging from floor installation, floor care, home remodeling, fencing, power washing to name a few. We are a one stop shop, locally owned and operated since 2012 providing services in Knox and surrounding counties. We now provide electrostatic disinfectant spraying. This process is used to help fight the spread of COVID 19. Applications are great for both homes and businesses. Fee is accepted for estimate.

"We feel totally ripped off by Guaranteed Services LLC. We are in talks with legal counsel. They came to do tile flooring and replace a toilet. They used illegal labor that left our floors a mess. We are still trying to clean it up. They are unresponsive when I ask what will remove all of the mortar residue. I also had to hire a professional plumber to come and fix the toilet. They said that it wasn't even bolted down. When I expressed this to Reginald at Guaranteed Services LLC, he did not try to make it right. Just a con that will keep all of your money. "

"Viorel was very professional through out the quoting process. He made sure to work around our schedule and was always on time. During the work day my wife, newborn son, and I left for the day to avoid the excess commotion. Upon finding rotten boards he immediately called to let me know the situation and that he was going to do it right, but it may come out more than expected. I really appreciated his promptness in communicating with me and making sure the job was done correctly as replacing a roof is not something to cut corners on. As soon as they were done he called to let me know they were finished. Upon arrival I was very surprised on how well his team cleaned up and left my property exactly the way it was. If I need a roof again in the future (hopefully not for quite some time) I will definitely be contacting Viorel and his crew."
