As they were removing the old roof shingles near our dormer windows, they found a problem and immediately alerted us to it, carefully showing us exactly how the previous trim had been installed incorrectly, and we were able to see where water had been leaking in over the years. We worked with SHS to come up with the best option and ultimately decided on new shake siding for the dormer windows. Within 1 day of finding the problem, SHS was able to acquire the shakes we selected and had a crew onsite to do the install to take advantage of the nice weather. Now- the roof is done and it's beautiful, the dormers look like new with shake siding, and our family feels safe and secure from the weather - and proud to look at the house when we drive up. "Pinnacle was very great. They did an excellent job and cleaned up very well when the job was completed. As far as, financing through them, not so great. Do not finance through Aqua Finance, go else where. Aqua Finance will not put any extra payments on your principle. I, myself, am getting away from Aqua Financing. Seach them and check out what is going on before you finance through them."

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
