"We got several bids and these guys were the lowest. We didn't have a lot to spend and we needed to save as much as possible. Afer I already told them to order the metal I began to worry about hiring them. I started thinking maybe I shouldn't go with the cheapest price here because the work would be sub standard. I was wrong they did a great job and the price was better than anyone else. I would definitely recommend them. We had a small issue with something I didn't understand they worked with me and made me happy. "Scott with Summit Roofing is someone you CAN trust. I don’t use that word lightly as I have been messed over by many so called great companies. I plan on getting them to doing roofing for 7 different friends . I do not recommend very many services, but I would scream from my new roof :) how professional, clean, efficient, will not hard sell you on something you don’t need and I could go on and on. There really are not strong enough words to express this company and the job they do. I will tell you this if you go somewhere else , you just missed the best. Provided written contract addressing details of job, price, and guarantee. Job was completed in one day. Excellent clean-up and excellent appearance of the work. For all of the above reasons this makes me feel confident that the work was done correctly. A lot of the work done in remodeling/ construction cannot be seen, Ken's company has been in Knoxville for three generations and he impressed me that he is really interested in the quality of his work.
