Steve had to work us in for an emergency leak in our root cellar.  He notified me when he was able to make it out, working around our schedule as well.  He and his assistant were very professional, friendly and efficient.  Very Reasonable rates.  Will definitely call them again.

Steve and his guys were professional, reasonably priced, thorough and explained exactly what they did to repair the issues. He also ordered us a new faucet part under warranty. They left the work areas neat and clean. I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again.

He came and found the problem (a small leak in a pipe in the wall behind my washer) and fixed the problem in about half an hour. He was very professional and put everything back when he was done. He's very good at what he does.

Both jobs went great! They arrived promptly the first time, and called when they hit a traffic detour the second time even though they were only 15 minutes behind the scheduled time. All jobs were completed in a timely manner and they picked up the toilet for installation after we chose one at a local retailer. Both times after they left, you could not tell that any work had just occurred - it was that clean! Definitely my go-to plumbers in the future.

We called because we thought we had a clog in one of the downstairs bathrooms but turned out to be a bad sewage pump.  While we were surprised by the quote for replacement, after quickly researching online what other providers charge we found C&C to be much less.
My only "negative" is that he is in high demand.  We had to go nearly a week without use of the downstairs bathrooms, and more importantly the washer, until he could order the pump and get back to our house.  This was a minor inconvenience and the price we were willing to pay for having someone we found rated highly on Angie's List.
He was punctual and showed up exactly when he committed.  The work was done cleanly and professionally.

I left Steve a message and he returned my call in less than 24 hours.  He gave me a date and time to be at my house.  On the day of service, he was running about 30 minutes late and called to let me know.  My commode had been running continuously and Steve told me that I didn't need a new one and that a $5 part would fix my problem.  I had wanted a new commode anyway so he installed the new one.  I will definitely call Steve again for plumbing issues and will recommend him to my friends.

Steve showed up when he said he would, was available by telephone to answer questions before and after, and did a great job. He even came back to double check everything after the work was complete and I had what turned out to be an unrelated leak. I just left him a message to come do more plumbing work for me.

Called and left a message in the morning. Steve returned my call and was able to come out later in the afternoon. Great job communicating and fixing my problem. I will definitely use him in the future.

Steve was great at keeping in touch and getting our work done in a timely manner. He replaced our galvanized pipes in one day! Would definitely recommend him again.

On time and on estimated cost. Steve informed me that the shower cartridge was guarenteed and how to call the company. I called, the cartridge was sent to my house, I made an appointment, Steve arrived on time and the cartridge was installed for the price quoted. It does not get any better than this. 

Arrived on time, friendly and polite, explained what they were doing before starting, and did a thorough and professional job. Cost was less than I expected, too.

Found pinhole leak in pipes behind bathroom wall.  Discovered quickly, cut neat hole in sheetrock, replaced damaged pipe, and even reseated the toilet with a new seal without charge, as far as I could tell.  Extremely pleased at the quick response, expert work, and reasonable cost.

I was unaware that when the faucet was initially installed that the original plumber made the hole in the exterior wall much too large and the faucet was not properly anchored to the wall causing the entire faucet to rotate whenever the handle was turned.  Steve was very inventive in successfully replacing the faucet and properly anchoring it to the wall.  Whenever plumbing problems/needs arise in the future I will be calling C&C Plumbing.
