Lowes - Jonesborough

Not too good.  Appliances were ordered on 7/7/15 and weren't delivered until 9/3/15.  Range was delivered earlier but without power cord.  Miscommunication occurred where Lowes said they would delivery everything but the fridge.  The delivery folks ended up taking the dishwasher and microwave thinking the new ones would be delivered the next day.
After talking with Lowe's, the truth was the appliances wouldn't be delivered until after 8/28/15.  Luckily the delivery guys brought the dishwasher and microwave back later that day.  I had to re-install them - luckily they still worked.
Lowe's never did own up to their mistake.

After having bad experiences with roofers in the past and after having several roofers give us estimates, we decided to go with Lowe's. Their estimate was about $500 higher than others but my thought was that whoever Lowe's subcontracted the job to would do a good job in order to keep doing business with Lowe's. If things went bad and the subcontractor did not cooperate we had Lowe's to help. They subcontracted the roofing job to Palmetto Construction (see my review of Palmetto Construction).
Lowe's dropped the ball on a few things but with a phone call to the appropriate person all issues were finally resolved. Over all it was a good experience and I would contract with Lowe's again to do additional work.

It was fair. The staff was friendly and helped me find what I was looking for.

I found the sales people at Lowes very helpful and they had a good sale at the time.

.I like the feature of controlling your building project and keeping track of how much you spend for the project. I like them better than Home Depot because you get alot better service. I brought in a sample of the color we wanted and they worked for almost an hour to match the color exactly.
