"I needed a new roof and Carolina Exteriors was one of three estimates I got.     Mike actually got up on the roof to work up his estimate.  He brought something to my attention that the other two contractors had not even mentioned, that part  of the existing roof had never been finished!  They came in and replaced the roof on the timeline promised.  When I called because part of the yard had been torn up , it was no problem getting them to come in and fix it.  Mike explained all the options very well to me.  He  gets high marks from me for customer service and professionalism.  And most importantly the roof looks great!

Provided written contract addressing details of job, price, and guarantee. Job was completed in one day. Excellent clean-up and excellent appearance of the work. For all of the above reasons this makes me feel confident that the work was done correctly. A lot of the work done in remodeling/ construction cannot be seen, Ken's company has been in Knoxville for three generations and he impressed me that he is really interested in the quality of his work.

I also hired them to do some siding repair and install a storm door. I found them refreshingly conscientious and stayed with the job until it met expectations without any quibbling on time or money.
