I have used Berkeley Builders for two roof repairs. I had major damage to my roof following the storm on 03/26/23. They were fast in responding for temporary repairs. I received a estimate for a complete roof install that was way less than the insurance estimate. The crew that replaced my roof were top shelf true craftsman. Completed in one day with no surprises. Even the clean up was above and beyond other contractors. These are the folks to call for roof repair or replacement.

The work was scheduled in a timely manner and completed in a professional manner. The repair was for replacing boots around vents and correcting nail pops as needed. The team was very good at answering all my questions. I was particularly pleased when Mr. Berkeley indicated that I only needed repairs and not a replacement at this time.

Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
They waited 6 months to bill and then forgot that I provided the materials for the repair work. Only when I protested did a price adjustment became applicable. They promised to come and discuss the bill- NO FOLLWUP. Then the had the audacity to act like I wasnt paying for the service when they had my check for the undisputed portion IN HAND. POOR COMMUNICATION and customer was blamed for there inefficiency and lack of memory. Their estimates was 1/2 what they tried to bill me!!!!!

Explained how and why they were going to replace all the shingles on the vent top. Showed why the previously shingles came loose, ends were cut on a diagonal, thus causing the nails not to engage the shingle. Very confident and professional in their work.
