"Alex and his team are the best. I had to have skylights replaced (the others were incorrect for the type of roof I had, which were installed by another roofer) as well as floor joists reinforced. This required a lot of removal and rebuilding. The work was professionally done, and everything was cleaned up, leaving no mess behind. Alex and his crew were very professional and personable. They explained everything they were doing, and asked questions when needed. I have hired them to remodel both bathrooms. They are a 6 out of 5-star-rating."

"I needed a new roof and Carolina Exteriors was one of three estimates I got.     Mike actually got up on the roof to work up his estimate.  He brought something to my attention that the other two contractors had not even mentioned, that part  of the existing roof had never been finished!  They came in and replaced the roof on the timeline promised.  When I called because part of the yard had been torn up , it was no problem getting them to come in and fix it.  Mike explained all the options very well to me.  He  gets high marks from me for customer service and professionalism.  And most importantly the roof looks great!

Provided written contract addressing details of job, price, and guarantee. Job was completed in one day. Excellent clean-up and excellent appearance of the work. For all of the above reasons this makes me feel confident that the work was done correctly. A lot of the work done in remodeling/ construction cannot be seen, Ken's company has been in Knoxville for three generations and he impressed me that he is really interested in the quality of his work.

"A little slow to respond, but were very enthusiastic once we finally connected. Very nice people who worked very hard to the work as best they knew how. I also hired them to do some siding repair and install a storm door. I found them refreshingly conscientious and stayed with the job until it met expectations without any quibbling on time or money.
