I paid them over $10000 and when they were done my roof leaked like a SIEVE. Then Chris wanted to charge me $1000 to fix their mistake. Also got lied to several times!

"James Mitchel was a referral not an Angi Lead. He ha 6 skylights 4 new Velux/ 2 old Wasco. We advised he change the 2 old Wasco skylights since they were deteriorated and are known to leak. He chose not to saying they were not leaking. 6 mo later the Wascos leaked. We brought Conrad Miller a highly regarded certified Velux installer that installed the 4 new Velux skylights for James a few years ago Conrad reminded James he had also recommended back then he change the 2 Wascos back then but he declined. The leaks are from corner seam cracks not install error so James needs to pay for the repairs."

Courteous, honest, professional, excellent company. Goes above and beyond to get repairs done in timely matter even if Chris has to climb up on the roof himself and despite torrential rain then ice and snow storms. Easy communication, answers phone, returns calls the same day. Highly recommend.

"Don, thanks for your feedback. Please revise this review as there was poor weather during that period and the fascia had to be match grade which took a couple of weeks to come in, which you and your wife said was perfect! The fascia was located on a steep pitch section of the roof that required two installers with high-level skill and equipment so the install requirements should be represented in that way. We even provided a discount for the delay which you accepted. I even provided my Farmers Insurance Agent that you signed up with that lowered your insurance and provided you with RCV ( Replacement Cost Value) coverage so you could get your roof replacement fully insured. Reviews are an important part of our business so we ask that you revise to at least a 4.0-4.5. Thanks again for your business."

Chris asked me to call the insurance company to start a claim and he took care of everything after: meeting with the adjuster and going over the roof with him to make sure all items were covered at todays cost. We had a 19 year old roof that we called for a repair job and ended up getting a whole new 30 years roof at minimal cost to us. The whole roof was replaced and cleaned up within 2 1/2 hours. I had one problem with debris in a skylight after the roofing, Chris came out and looked at it and called a person that does tubular skylights and is going to have it cleaned at his expense. Thanks Chris.

Acclaim Renovations replaced an asphalt shingle roof on my outbuilding. The first crew (which no longer work for acclaim) did not perform the work correctly. I notified Acclaim and the job was redone with a different crew. The second crew did an excellent job. Acclaim is polite, professional and as my experience has shown very willing to take care of any problems you may have with the job performed. It is worth noting that the first job performed did not result in a leaking roof and so it did take Acclaim over two months to fix because other more time sensative jobs took priority. The appointment to fix the roof was also rescheduled four times but the wait was worth it and Acclaim made up for the inconvenience.
