After I called them, they came out withing a few days to give me the estimate. Within a week they had come out and fixed my skylight that had been leaking. It rained a little while later, and it still continued to leak, but they came out the next day, and fixed it free of charge. They were very neat with their work, and I was very comfortable with them being in my home.
