They were responsive to my request to have it done before school started again, and when the weather didn't allow them to come on the day they originally scheduled, they asked if thery could come on Sunday. I said yes, and they showed up, got right to work, and finished before the end of the day. They picked up their trash hauler the next morning (we live a lot closer to the dump than they do...)
