His skills and kindness far exceed his years! It seems sometimes just getting someone out to LOOK is a mission! Nick and his team came out and really brainstormed with me to come up with ideas for the finished project. He and his team were very patient with me and after a short time, the plan and budget were agreed upon. Long story short, the existing, unfinished room now has a BEAUTIFUL new deck, Cedar rails, Amazing Barn Doors, “Industrial” Metal Ceiling, and a Trex Rain Escapes Waterproof deck system! The level of precision, the attention to detail, and the solid construction are impressive. It had been showing increasing rot over time, and John walked us through two cost parameters: one for replacing flat surfaces and the other for a total rebuild.
