It had been showing increasing rot over time, and John walked us through two cost parameters: one for replacing flat surfaces and the other for a total rebuild. In the end, we decided to go for the total rebuild. Not only did John’s team complete the majority of the work in 3 to 4 weeks, but also John personally came back and went over punchlist items with me that he completed and sent follow-up pictures for. The associate worked all day to remove all of the old mortar and then filled in all of the spaces with new mortar. He even repaired the sides of my steps that were hidden. The project was completed in one day. My parents were shocked when they saw how good my steps looked when they came over for a visit. The craftsmanship and courtesy exhibited were amazing. The owner even contacted me after his associate left to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I highly recommend them!"
