"Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. "It went very well from start to finish. Jose Medina phoned us shortly after we submitted a request for services on Angi. We set up an appointment for an estimate, he came when he said he was going to, his estimate was reasonable, and we hired him to do the work. Just one week later he returned to do the repairs. He arrived when he said he would come. He had all the needed supplies; he took out the broken capstones and mortared in new ones. He cleaned up after himself and took away all the broken stones and job debris. He was courteous and respectful. I would hire him again in a heartbeat if I needed his services."
