All my calls and texts were answered, and always with patience and respect. Nick, the owner is a refreshing breath of fresh air in an otherwise sketchy industry. His skills and kindness far exceed his years! It seems sometimes just getting someone out to LOOK is a mission! Nick and his team came out and really brainstormed with me to come up with ideas for the finished project. He and his team were very patient with me and after a short time, the plan and budget were agreed upon. Long story short, the existing, unfinished room now has a BEAUTIFUL new deck, Cedar rails, Amazing Barn Doors, “Industrial” Metal Ceiling, and a Trex Rain Escapes Waterproof deck system! The level of precision, the attention to detail, and the solid construction are impressive. Hats off to Nick and his crew for dealing with my constant “involvement.” They were ever patient and more than willing to please, and always with a smile. "It went very well from start to finish. Jose Medina phoned us shortly after we submitted a request for services on Angi. We set up an appointment for an estimate, he came when he said he was going to, his estimate was reasonable, and we hired him to do the work. Just one week later he returned to do the repairs. He arrived when he said he would come. He had all the needed supplies; he took out the broken capstones and mortared in new ones. He cleaned up after himself and took away all the broken stones and job debris. He was courteous and respectful. I would hire him again in a heartbeat if I needed his services."

Michael arrived on time for the inspection appointment and performed a thorough inspection. He identified the cause of the leak and suggested several fixes that I could try myself.
