This company came in and did a spectacular job in time and with professionalism daily. Mr. David Brakebill (owner) and his supervisor, Brad have worked with us throughout the entire process, always explaining every step of the way. Before any job was performed, the explanation came first. They were so wonderful in helping out with any pool/paver needs. We were truly new to all of this, but with David help, it was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. One can understand that contractors sometimes do not say what they are going to do, but DMC OUTDOOR LIVING COMPANY proves that to be wrong. They always came out at the time they said they would be there and always explained the details of the job that day. The place now looks like it came out of a magazine. "The repair person called to say he was on his way and arrived promptly after the phone call. On his arrival, I explained the problem and also told him that another company had attempted to fix the gas logs but said the unit needed to be replaced. It is emtombed in brick. He thoroughly examined the gas logs and determined it was $41 part that needed to be replaced. His honest evaluation and repair was awesome! I cannot thank him enough. It is worth having a second opinion if the first recommendation involves thousands of dollars."
