I am new to Tennessee and badly needed a new deck/room/ceiling remodel as my existing project was a mess, AND incomplete. With a little research, Smokey Mountain Deck Builders was my choice by a recommendation from Home Depot. I must say to ALL the individuals, from the first phone call to the last cleanup, I am extremely satisfied with the kindness, professionalism, and precise work done by your group of amazing people. All my calls and texts were answered, and always with patience and respect. Nick, the owner is a refreshing breath of fresh air in an otherwise sketchy industry. His skills and kindness far exceed his years! It seems sometimes just getting someone out to LOOK is a mission! Nick and his team came out and really brainstormed with me to come up with ideas for the finished project. He and his team were very patient with me and after a short time, the plan and budget were agreed upon. Long story short, the existing, unfinished room now has a BEAUTIFUL new deck, Cedar rails, Amazing Barn Doors, “Industrial” Metal Ceiling, and a Trex Rain Escapes Waterproof deck system! The level of precision, the attention to detail, and the solid construction are impressive. Hats off to Nick and his crew for dealing with my constant “involvement.” They were ever patient and more than willing to please, and always with a smile. "My son bought a house in Fountain City knowing that there was occasionally water in the basement that would need to be dealt with, but the torrential rains this past spring and early summer quickly moved that need from “can do later” to “must do now.” His realtor and the home inspector both recommended Thomas Waterproofing for value and quality of work. We found both to be true - while still a huge expense for a new first time homeowner, we felt the price was fair and below industry average. The job took twice as long as projected (not sure what they put in the concrete back in 1947), but was done as bid and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards! Taylor was happy to answer any questions we had before, during, and after the job. Would definitely recommend."

Michael arrived on time for the inspection appointment and performed a thorough inspection. He identified the cause of the leak and suggested several fixes that I could try myself. If the suggestions do not work, I will definitely hire this company. I believe they are honest, professional, and know what they are doing."

"I have had this brick wall down at my house for a while, and would like to give a shout out to Redemption Property Restoration who came in and dealt with this while I was at work. I came home and all was taken care of. Hauling off the old brick was included in my price, but these guys walked my entire yard picking up bricks to ensure not one brick was left on my property that was not attached to my home! They also filled in all the cracks I had on the backside of my house at no additional cost to me. For anyone out there needing work done at home, I would recommend this team of men to anyone! Not only am I thrilled with the way it looks, they took my worry away! I will be calling these guys in the future!"

"These guys are just wonderful. The big take away here is that they are honest professionals. The owner came out with a member of his team and thoroughly checked our home for mold. They explained what they were looking for and what they saw. To our great relief, we were told we didn’t have a mold problem and that we had no need of their services! No fear tactics, no sales push, just honest assessment. I’m thankful for their knowledge and professionalism and would highly recommend these guys if anyone I know ever does have a mold problem because I trust that they will only do what needs to be done with out the worry of being over charged."
