He and his team were very patient with me and after a short time, the plan and budget were agreed upon. Long story short, the existing, unfinished room now has a BEAUTIFUL new deck, Cedar rails, Amazing Barn Doors, “Industrial” Metal Ceiling, and a Trex Rain Escapes Waterproof deck system! The level of precision, the attention to detail, and the solid construction are impressive. Hats off to Nick and his crew for dealing with my constant “involvement.” They were ever patient and more than willing to please, and always with a smile. "The mortar on my front brick steps was crumbling away. JNA did a great job repairing them! The associate worked all day to remove all of the old mortar and then filled in all of the spaces with new mortar. He even repaired the sides of my steps that were hidden. The project was completed in one day. My parents were shocked when they saw how good my steps looked when they came over for a visit. The craftsmanship and courtesy exhibited were amazing. The owner even contacted me after his associate left to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I highly recommend them!"
