"Work was done within time frame stated. Old carpet that had been there for years taken up and vinyl plank floor installed. All garbage removed. Area was clean when work was done. Had a small issue that I noticed with a threshold after installation was complete but it was fixed and I am very pleased with the way it turned out and the flooring looks great. The communication was very prompt and clear throughout the process."

Matt was very knowledgeable about drainage issues. They quoted me the best price among other bidders and explained the benefits of repairing my gutters vs the benefits of replacing them. Jamison knows his stuff when it comes to gutters and the different guard systems out there. I went with the repair option and saved a fair amount of money. It did take a few weeks for us to get the workers out here to do the work, but when they did make out here, they were polite, professional, and did great work and got it all done in a day. I'd happily work with Monster Home Services again."
