Scott was great! We had our heat go out in the night. We called in the morning, and he showed up the same day. He took the time to do a variety of tests, and he diagnosed the issue which required a very specific replacement part. He tracked one down in Chattanooga, and arranged to have it brought up asap. By the next day, he had it repaired and good to go again. He was very courteous and communicative, clearly explaining the issue and necessary solution. We plan to have him be our go-to guy for heating/AC needs from here on out.

We had an a/c issue on a Saturday. We called Scott and he came quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had us up and running again quickly. He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the service, and he charged us a very fair price. We will definitely be calling him again!

Scott was able to come out quickly and diagnose the issue I had with my old heat pump. He gave me options to repair or replace. Considering the age of my heat pump was far beyond its expected lifespan, I went ahead and asked him to replace it. He got the parts ordered right away and I had a new unit within a few days. The new system is working great and I was happy with Scott's professionalism, communication and cleanliness. Highly recommended.

A/C was not working and the temperature outside was getting warmer. Scott responded within an hour on a Sunday and was at the house later in the afternoon. Did a great and complete job narrowing down where the problem was. Spent his time answering any question and taking the time to explain possible cause and possible fixes. The great part is that Scott was able to finish the work the same day! He also was never rushed or in a hurry to "quickly finish" to get to the next job and cleaned up the work area. Scott was able to identify and fix the issues with my heating system that I have been telling previous companies to fix. He is friendly, courteous, a bit pricey but he solved my problem and we have proper heat for the first time in 4 years. Highly recommend!
