I contacted Icon for a quote and Jose came out and gave quotes for a split HVAC system giving several options and prices. We agreed on an instal date and Jose let me know he was en route and came right on time and completed the job in a few hours and determined the system was operational . He did a GREAT JOB . And I felt his pricing was more than competitive.

When you hire someone to come into your house and perform a service for you, you HOPE you've chosen someone knowledgeable, hard working and honest. RARELY do you actually get that person... but that's exactly who we got when we hired Jose'! On top of that, he's friendly and his quote for our HVAC replacement was more than reasonable. He arrived when he said he would, worked all day, got us up and running and then immediately emailed us a receipt for our payment. He even registered our unit for us so that we could be sure the warranty was activated and on record! We're happy customers!

I got several bids on a 2.5 split HVAC and Jose from Icon was much more economical than the other bids. He was right on time for the install of my new HVAC system and his quality of work exceeded my expectations with him redoing some older work that was not as clean and precise. Jose showed up at our house at 7pm and stayed until 10pm to make sure our A/C was back in action, after another company came and after doing very little diagnostics, pumped our A/C with extra refrigerant, and then when the system still wasnt working, told me we needed a new system for $5k. Jose diagnosed the issue properly, removed the extra refrigerant the other firm put in, and we were back in action, saving us thousands. Thanks Jose!

Jose was great! He was able to get my heat pump up and cooling in one visit. I thought for sure he would come and look at it and tell me a part had to be ordered and it could be put in next week. The older I get, the more uncomfortable and difficult high temperatures become. He was personable and pleasant.
