Customers say: Terrific value

"I can’t even say enough great things about this company. The owner and his crew were outstanding! Did such a great job on our garage addition. They were so patient and understanding. The owner (Frank) even came with me to the city appeal hearing. A+ communication. Reasonably priced. Would I recommend him to family? He IS family. I am so grateful I found him on Angi’s list and hired him for this project. I highly recommend him!"

"Home Run builders did an amazing job on my kitchen remodel. They were easy to work with and walked me through the entire process of picking cabinets, countertops, kitchen design and the finishing touches. They were detailed oriented and loved working with them."

"They worked very hard, did not take long lunch breaks but most and foremost, the job they did was outstanding!!! They were extremely polite and stayed on task the whole time. When they found damage to the subflooring they informed us and fixed it unlike the people who did our last flooring. I definitely recommend them and will hire them again for other projects."

"Contractor was very knowledgeable and carefully planned and executed our needs to the fullest. We couldn’t be more happy that our dream house had been erected just as we envisioned. Everything went as he planned. The contractor took time to explain every process going over what was to be done and or any changes we wanted done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a re-model to new ground up construction needs."

"We were left in quite the pickle when our contractor left his work half done and couldn't be contacted. Our home was terribly effected by the tornado in December, and we've been in the trenches ever since. "You can get out of the trenches now and we'll get in there for you" is a direct quote from them. They have not disappointed. Since Steve, Jerold, and Elizabeth have came into our lives, we've been able to breath much easier. From bringing us a gift basket of movies, DVD player, candy, and popcorn... to answering every silly question we have. No messages or calls go unanswered. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anything you need."

"They were wonderful. I interviewed several people for painting and I choose them. They were really good. I felt their price was very fair and their quality was exceptional. They went above and beyond on how they do things. I have never seen a painter take so much care to a wall before painting. They came when they said and came back everyday until they were finished."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

No, space planning is not only relevant for new spaces. With the help of a professional architect, you can still create a space plan for an existing space.

Dekton is worth the money for homeowners who want a nonporous countertop that resists heat, stains, water, scratches, and UV damage. It comes in a wide array of colors and patterns at various price points to suit different renovation budgets. Dekton is not worth the cost for homeowners who are particularly worried about chipping or cracking.

Universal design costs can be minimal when you add them during construction; however, adding universal design principles to existing homes can sometimes increase renovation costs. For example, a mid-grade bathroom remodel is estimated to cost around $30,000, while a standard universal design remodel can cost closer to $40,000. Adding accessible design components can include widening hallways ($500 to $2,000), curbless showers ($2,000 to $8,000), and widening doors ($400 to $800). Keep in mind that these increased costs can lead to higher resale values because universal homes may appeal to a wider variety of buyers.

Blueprints are generally available for houses built after the early 1900s. Before then, detailed building schematics like blueprints were rarely used and even more rarely saved. If you have an older house and need blueprints, you can have a new set drawn up by an architect or draftsperson.

Professionals optimize layouts, improve energy efficiency, and ensure structural safety and compliance.
