Customers say: Terrific value

"Frank and his crew built a new storage unit for us. It was important that the new structure look as close as possible to the existing cabin we had adjacent to the build. We went back and forth several times with Frank on the design of the building, and he was always most helpful and patient to ensuring our needs were being met. The end result is a beautiful storage unit that is consistent with the look and feel of our property. While Frank's team is terrific, it should also be known that Frank provides consistent oversight on the project which is helpful to ensure all is moving to plan. We give Frank our highest recommendation."

"I love these group of people. Michael is the owner and working with him has made my home transfer a smooth and fun experience. He truly cares about what you need and he went above and beyond customer service. I did get to meet some of the other team members and they were also as friendly, upbeat and professional as Michael . He comes highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have his team take care of any home improvement you have."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Octavious Gilliam and his team members Brian and Reggie recently replaced the gutters on our home. They did a fantastic job from the estimation phase to project completion which they started and finished on time. Pre-work and post-completion communications were excellent. Their honesty, professionalism and great workmanship made for an excellent experience. We are very pleased with this company and already planning to use them on another project."

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.

Yes, you can draw your own deck plans in many cases. However, you must know your local building codes and be familiar with carpentry principles. Even then, it's always best to run your plans by a professional contractor with experience building decks, whether you choose to DIY some of the build or not.

In-law suite floor plans almost always include at least one bedroom, a bathroom, and a combination kitchen/living room area or separate spaces for the kitchen and living room. Larger in-law suites built in accessory dwelling units separate from your main structure can feature multiple bedrooms, dining rooms, and entertainment rooms in addition to the necessities.

Stone, marble, and brick are common building materials of Neoclassical architecture, though you will also find wood flooring and a range of natural stone tiles. Since several home styles fall under Neoclassical architects' umbrella, a range of building materials—including traditional wood framing—will make an appearance.
