Everything went great. Only one snafu the glass wasn't measured properly so we had to wait one week longer for it to come back in.

Everything went very well. There was one misunderstanding with the plumbing contractor who didn't get the message about the plumbing fixtures we selected. Kera Bath corrected this as quickly as possible, which did extend the time to completion a bit.

Our master bath had a garden tub with a large window next to it, and a shower stall on the small side. We wanted to remove both and replace with a larger shower without losing the window or the view. We didn't want to add exterior construction to reduce the size of the window. We can recommend without reservation Kera Bath and Shower; they have a small showroom in North Las Vegas. Eddy, the owner, came up with an innovative solution. He proposed a shower that overlaps the window by about a foot, with an angled glass panel that meets the wall right next to the window. This gives us a larger shower with a bench and preserves the window. We selected a light neutral cultured granite for the walls and base. We had a bit of white veining added for additional interest, and it looks great. This material eliminates grout, making cleaning so much easier over the long term. The textured base sits directly on the concrete foundation and will not deteriorate over time, as the pre-fab builder-grade shower pan will. Kera employees removed the tub and replaced it with as large a shower as possible while keeping the window intact. They angled one glass panel so the shower extends past the window, then angles so the glass meets the wall just next to the window. The shower is also slightly wider than the original and feels very spacious, yet isn't so large that cleaning takes forever. The bench extends outside the shower, too, providing a place to sit and apply lotion and put on socks and shoes. We did run into a glitch - early in the planning process I had changed my mind about the brand of fixtures and was assured the change was early enough that it could be done. However, the plumbing subcontractor somehow didn't get the message and installed the original fixtures. By the time we realized what had happened, the new wall materials were installed. Eddy, the owner of Kera Bath, called and immediately offered to tear out the new wall to get to the shower valve inside the wall and replace it, at considerable additional expense to him. It turned out they were able to go through the closet wall and didn't need to remove and replace the new shower wall, so we have the fixtures I wanted plus access through the closet if we ever need to get to the plumbing in the future. Eddy's only concern was that we were happy with the outcome, whatever it took to get there. I was most impressed with how easily this was resolved, to our complete satisfaction. All the employees were efficient, kept us informed all through the process, the workmen minimized the mess and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. All work was as promised and on time. Even the miscommunication was handled extremely well and to our complete satisfaction, and added only a few days to the project. The cost listed would have been about $2000 less if we had selected cultured marble for the walls and base, and standard Delta or Moen fixtures instead of the Grohe brand I chose.

There is a difference between a good company, a great company and an outstanding company. Kera has proved themselves to be a outstanding company. You can tell the greatness of the company by when things go wrong and how they respond. We got our tub replaced and walls replaced with faux marble in April 2015. Everything was fine, but in September 2015 I notice there was like a rusty scratch in the bottom of the tub. So I cleaned it - but then it grew over the next couple months. I called Eddie at Kera, and discussed this with him at the end of December. They came out after the holidays and determined it was a faulty tub. The bathtub manufacturer warrantied the tub and wanted it refinished. Well, with any warranty - third parties are involved and  you have a lot of people  involved. So, it wasn't going as quickly as we would of liked. Kera had thought they had taken care of it. When I called Eddie he apologized and told said he would call me back when he talked to all parties involved. I told him of our frustration. He called me back, and said customer service is his main concern and he does not feel we were treated properly and he was going to redo the whole thing. He also was gonna upgrade the tub with an acrylic tub. So that is exactly what they did. Eddie and his team are the most professional crew I have ever seen. Everyone is on time, and cleans up. Thumbs up to Kera - they are OUTSTANDING and takes good care of their customers.

Installed two new frameless glass shower doors in two bathrooms.  They were recommended by Granite Transformations to install shower doors after their installation of new granite.  They responded promptly to my original call and arrived on time for the initial appointment.  They took all measurements and were ready to install when the granite work was done.  All employees were friendly, professional and completed the installation in a short time and cleaned up whatever was necessary before they left.  I would recommend them and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We could not be more pleased with our whole experience with Kera Bath.  Everyone was very nice and professional.  We got an estimate for this work in March 2015 with plans to have the work done in June or July.  As we firmed up what we wanted, the estimate had to be revised.  Eddy Kundanani of Kera Bath was always available for questions and provided estimate updates readily.  His people did their work quickly and professionally.  It took just a couple of hours to remove our old counter top and shower.  They spent about six hours installing the new counter top and shower.  It all looks beautiful.  We are so glad we had Kera Bath do the work and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to our friends.

Team started exactly on time the 1st day of the contract, which was "demolition"  of the old bathtub & sink counters. The plumbing went in as planned, and so did most of the new installation.  One shower bar was the wrong size, so they had to reorder the correct one.  It was installed on 8/11. Every person that worked on this project was very qualified and totally professional.

We had a follow-up visit from the manager on the 19th.  The new bathroom is just beautiful.  When we shared a couple small concerns/details, Eddie resolved them immediately and even gave us an additional discount.

From the people in the showroom to the crew that did the instaltion, I could not have asked for a better group on people.  They were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves.  Had to call and have them make a minor adjustment, to my surprise they came the next day.

The sales guy came to my house when he said he would (which seems to be very difficult for most companies) and discussed what we wanted, then measured and wrote us 3 quotes with different materials.  We talked about which quote we wanted, went to the showroom and chose colors and signed the contract.
About 2-3 weeks later, they called to set up when they would be at the house. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. They did the 2 non-master bathrooms at the same time, then the master later so that we were never without a working bathroom.
The job went smoothly overall. The only hiccough was that the 1st bathroom had the wrong glass ordered. They took care of the error.

Contacted Kera and they came out to give me estimate. We ok'ed the work and it was scheduled for three days in one week. The lady told me for each time when they would be there. The first demo, the second the plummer and the third the installation. They all were professional, came on time, and cleaned up after. This company is organized and has it together. We had them take the old tub and tile out. They replaced the tub and we had a faux marble installed. It was a pleasure working with this company.
