The AFS team of Matthew Ridley Shawn Lowe and Kyre Stewart showed up on time, explained what they were going to do and promptly completed the job. Even doubled checked to adjust the screw jacks to ensure the floor was level and that cracks in Sheetrock closed up. Super team. Highly recommend them!

Our project started in March. It was not finished. We had to keep calling for someone to finish. A diagram was made of what would be done and how much it was going to cost. Shims were supposed to be put in. We showed it to one of the many different people from AFS. One guy, Todd, I believe his name is, told us for 6,000.00 we could get shims in. The guys shot holes through our skirting around the house. The first patch job was a dark grey. These aren't the only places they shot through. Now its cracking also. How is this possibly great work for almost 10,000.00!? The last guy to come out hasn't been back since Oct. Knoxville AFS is terrible! The last guy was here in Oct and not only are they not answering calls, they don't call us back.

AFS was a great company to work with they adjusted the contract to complete necessary work that the Structural engineer noted in his report to me. Kevin salesman , crew, lead Johnny, Tanner, Shawn ,Twinkie(Tyler) were great , knowledgeable and walked me through each step they were doing, Salesman came out the first morning and was with us the first hour just to be of support to this old lady, Thanks Johnny and crew were constantly on the moved and very detailed and not afraid to redo steps that they felt were not to standard. Keep me informed of what steps they were taking and I felt like their knowledge was a winner to me , above and beyond what I expected . Not sure about the other crews , but you can't go wrong with the gentlemen who worked when me for 4 days off and on the rain and weather played a part in the length of the job not the company. A side note . I received 3 quotes form different companies I did chose the best one for my job .AFS

Ben came to our home and listened to me explain the problem. He was very knowledgeable of the type of work needed to be done. He gave us a reasonable quote and schedule. We received another supplier quote and chose AFS. Josh from AFS came to do the work and knew from experience how to level the sections of concrete walkway to make them fit level to each other.

The AFS representative and crew were knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous.

Had to have water remediation due to a broken pipe. Water damaged the existing vapor barrier. Insurance company recommended we contact a large/national company for repair. AFS Knoxville sent a crew 2.5 hours to complete the encapsulation. Baron and Cody worked hard and did a wonderful job. AFS insured that they â kept us in the loopâ with phone calls and/or text messages. We are very happy with the encapsulation. Would definitely recommend AFS Dash Knoxville to anyone, looking to encapsulate their crawlspace/basement.

Didn't like the way that they smooth the crack with .lt was not smooth out very good,should have been smoother.

Inspector came out and gave an estimate to tell us of one area was rotten. The job was done. Found out that after it was done they had to do mold removal by a different method due to the rotten floor. Was not told. We ended up taking up the floor in all the rooms and replacing the floor and beams. They refunded us money for mold removable They said they would come out and clean the ground wrap from any wood that was still there after construction. We did clean up lots of it as we repaired. They gave a time they would come. 4 days later the appointed time and 2 calls later nothing. They just left a message for the manager. Also, they did not tell us we needed a plug for a dehumidifier. I had to mention it to them. They also cover dips in crawl space tightly so if you were under there you wood tear the cover. In 2 areas. Then they ask a 70-year-old female if she had seen in other areas. I told them my days of crawling in the crawl space were over. Very unhappy With the aspect of this company

Sloppy work,poor results

If you want to hire an honest company that has their customer as first priority this is the company to hire. I had three different companies come out and AFS gave me an HONEST appraisal with different options to choose from and did not try to sell me something I didnâ t need! They did excellent work and found ways to save me money! Highly recommend!

As far as the crawl space material they put down, it went great. It took them slightly longer than expected but they did a good job there. Con number one: the crew at my house tore several take-offs totally off of the vent. They made several attempts to repair it, but in the end, I was left to contact my HVAC contractor to repair the damage to avoid another over-expensive power bill. For the cost of the project, I was highly pissed that my brand new duct work was trashed, and no one from AFS let me know that they had torn up my take-offs. Con number two: I was told all of any trash found in my crawlspace, plumbing scraps, rocks etc. would be removed. I found a lot of stuff stashed on top of pillars and things like that. Overall, I would have paid no more than 1/3rd down and held the last payment until I was able to inspect the work done thoroughly. At the end of the day, I feel confident in the job they did on my crawl space, and I certainly have much less moisture under my house now. I would be slightly apprehensive to recommend this company unless you are comfortable going into your crawlspace and inspecting for any damage before paying them.

Ms. Katie came into our home and brought, not only, a peace of mind but knowledge that far surpassed all other company representatives. Ms. Katie Johnson (Certified Field Inspector), Mr. Jesse (Foreman), Micah (Co-foreman), Nick, & Jonathon did a phenomenal job. I appreciate the communication about the work contracted to perform, the arrival time which was punctual, the work performed and conduct with myself was professional, and the time frame to complete the job was exactly what was told to me by Mr. Jesse. Iâ m a business owner, Houstonâ s Tree Service, and appreciate when customers are pleased and grateful for everything done and actually acknowledge that those setting up the job and doing the work by the company that did the good job are appreciated with words and actions (ie good review(s)). Iâ ve taken before and after pictures which explain my gratitude. I also want to point out that these guys/company fixed the incomplete work initially performed by Crawl Space Ninja which my wife and I appreciate AFS for a good job because of the great people that represent them: Ms. Katie Johnson (Certified Field Inspector), Mr. Jesse (Foreman), Micah (Co-foreman), Nick, & Jonathon. ,,, This is a Poor excuse of a Company. They sent inexperienced kids out to do a Man's job, now we're having our second problem with the Shoddy work that was performed. The Pilings for the Second time are Loose. And try to get them to take care of their work is just as bad as the work that was done. They won't respond or call back . High priced "JOKERS " is basically what I've had to deal with . JG Bulls Gap
