During construction, we were living out of state and relied on Carl and his project manager to handle all aspects of the bulld. We made several changes to the plans and those changes were quickly budgeted and adopted. We selected all interior and exterior finishes, layed out electrical outlet placements, eithernet and data connection, driveway color and stamping, all with the assistance of Carl and his project manager.
