"We contracted Carl Perry to handle all phases of building our new home in Knoxville. After reviewing several plans, we chose on for the lot we had selected. During construction, we were living out of state and relied on Carl and his project manager to handle all aspects of the bulld. We made several changes to the plans and those changes were quickly budgeted and adopted. We selected all interior and exterior finishes, layed out electrical outlet placements, eithernet and data connection, driveway color and stamping, all with the assistance of Carl and his project manager. As we wrapped up the project, on time and on budget, the warranty period was very brought very minimal issues to Carl.
