"Most of what we do is full tear-out and replacement. We remove the old cracked, settling, or spalling concrete, rebuild the base the right way, and pour new. We also handle driveway extensions and widening, aprons and curb cuts, stamped and decorative concrete, and concrete repair.\n\nOur crews have poured more than 38,000 residential concrete projects. Every job gets a dedicated project coordinator, up-front pricing with no surprise change orders, and a final walkthrough before we call it finished. Licensed and insured.\n\nNeed a new driveway? Customers say: True professional

"I am very pleased with the job they did for us. We had a sidewalk installed that began at the foot of our driveway down to our backyard. They are very prompt in returning calls, answering texts and with any questions I had during the entire process. Crew is VERY hard working, pays attention to detail and put touches on this project I wasn't expecting. Estimated time for this project was 3 days. Everything was completed instead in 1 and 1/2 days. I highly recommend them!"

"We had a difficult start to our driveway and sidewalk renovation because the original contractor had already demolished the old concrete, and we ultimately had to part ways with them before the project was completed. Fortunately, we found a new contractor who stepped in and really helped turn things around. He graded and prepared the area, framed everything properly, and poured our new driveway. He completed the work in a reasonably short amount of time and did a very good job. What impressed me most was how much he went above and beyond to help us get our driveway project back on track. Taking over a project that someone else had started isn't always easy, but he handled it professionally and worked hard to get the job completed. We are very pleased with the finished driveway and sidewalk and truly appreciate the effort he put into helping us. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in his work."

"Excellent contracting experience. Joel is a very personable contractor who fulfills everything he says he will do. His crew did a wonderful job on the driveway and sidewalk…I have received a lot of compliments on the appearance of my property because of those two features. I will hire him again, I am sure."

"My name is L. T. Henderson & I have been a licensed Builder for 22 years. Poured With Passion is hands down the Best Concrete Contractor that I have ever worked with. They have helped me with multiple concrete projects over the years ranging from driveways to mono slabs and even some spectacular stamped concrete projects. The staff are Amazing and Sam is an Absolute Artist when it comes to stamped concrete. On our last project he created a custom design that turned out to be a masterpiece! My Clients were absolutely blown away, as was I. Simply put...I refuse to even entertain other Concrete Contractors when they solicit my business because I have Total faith in Poured With Passion. I am Incredibly grateful to be able to work with them and would highly recommend them for any project involving concrete. Much Thanks to Robert, Isaac, Nathaniel, Mary and Sam! L. T. Concrete Driveways questions, answered by experts

The ideal PSI (pounds per square inch) for a pressure washer depends on the surface you are cleaning. For general home use, a pressure washer with a range of 2,000 to 3,000 PSI is recommended and powerful enough for most residential projects.

The specific PSI you should use varies by task:

  • High-Pressure Tasks (2,500-3,000 PSI): Tough materials like concrete, stone, masonry, and brick can handle higher pressures. This is suitable for removing stubborn stains from driveways or cleaning graffiti.

  • Low-Pressure Tasks (around 600-1,300 PSI): Softer surfaces require a gentler touch to avoid damage. Use a low PSI setting for cleaning wood decks (especially softwoods like pine and cedar), vinyl siding, outdoor furniture, and stucco.

For best results, choose the right nozzle for your surface, such as a 15-degree nozzle for siding or a surface cleaner attachment for driveways. Using an extendable wand can also make the work easier and more ergonomic.

You can put a gentle cleaner such as distilled white vinegar, dish soap, or a degreaser in your pressure washer in a detergent injector. The attachment will mix your detergent with the water and spray it out. If you have stubborn stains on your driveway, a gentle cleaner in the attachment can help dissolve and remove those stains. Rinse the area with the pressure washer.

There’s no legal requirement that states that you need rebar in a concrete driveway, but since the slab will be supporting heavy vehicle loads, it’s always a good idea to pay a bit more for rebar reinforcement. Your driveway will be much more likely to crack if you don’t reinforce it with rebar. Driveways that need to support commercial vehicles or provide parking for multiple vehicles at once should always include rebar reinforcement. If you’re pouring concrete over asphalt or pouring concrete over an existing slab, you may not have enough depth for rebar, meaning an increased risk of cracking.

Does the water in your taps sometimes come out very slowly? If so, you might have problems with low water pressure in your house, and your pressure washer won’t effectively clean. To test if your water pressure is sufficient, time how long it takes for the water from your hose to fill a 5-gallon bucket. Usually, if it takes less than two minutes, you’re good to go.

Yes, you can remove oil stains from your driveway by applying an absorbent material such as baking soda, sawdust, or cat litter, pouring on a liquid detergent such as dish soap, scrubbing the area, and rinsing with water. You can also use a diluted bleach solution, white vinegar, or TSP solution on concrete.
