Jones of Knoxville was very professional. Overall they did a very good job. The job was mis-quoted and ended going over budget by almost $3000. This was for removal of old driveway that was thicker in areas. A more cost effective means could be used to remove large amounts of material. The concrete work was excellent. Just one small nice on quality, when the frames were being removed, the edge of pulled off along the road. The worker placed the chip that pulled off back and worked it back into the concrete. However it must of been too dry and chip came a few weeks later. Other than the chip the and now being able to see under the driveway to estimate correct, work was top notch.

Really like the deck but will need patience working with Joel. He postponed every meeting and start date after receiving initial payment. Work was well done by his two Hispanic workers, but took twice as long as originally estimated. Three to four days became seven.

"I want to thank you for the work. I enjoyed working with you. I am glad you like the quality of the work and my crew is very good at what they do. They have worked for me for fifteen years. I do pay my workers a living wage. You do not keep good workers unless you pay them well. As far as taking longer than expected, the supply house did not send the right amount of composite material so we had to wait on them to reorder. However, we were able to finish the total job by the date we promised."

Crew was unsupervised didn't do any finishing and left a mess. Joel only came by to collect payment.

"We started the deck two weeks earlier than originally promised. I was on vacation during the deck build and I informed the customer about this, and he was okay with it. I told him that I would rather be in town while we worked on his deck, but he wanted to go ahead. I FaceTime my workers and the project turned out beautifully. The homeowner is upset because there was extensive rot on his house that caused an increase in the project. We could not help the rotten wood problem. We finished the wood deck. Do not know what he was talking about not finishing. We cleaned all our debris from the house and hauled it off."

Joel and his crew did an excellent job laying down an 800 sf concrete driveway extension in back of our house. The finish is beautiful, slope is perfect, and the curbing and drainage they added was very well done. We won't hesitate to work with them again!

I had 2 areas of flashing on my roof replaced. The job is messy looking. I need a letter stating they did the job for the closing on the selling of my home. I e spoken with Joel Jones 3 times and each conversation he tells me he will send it to my inbox. I still have no letter. I explained to him when I hired him about the letter, this was not after the job was done. Unfortunately I paid his worker without demanding the letter.

"I am sorry that there was a miscommunication issue. It usually takes about a week for me to send all the email receipts to customers which is seven business days. I sent the receipt yesterday at 1:40pm. That is five business days from the date of the repair. As far as the quality of the work, I warranty it for one year. I have called several times and left a message that I will be glad to come back, but I havent heard back yet."

Jones of Knoxville is awesome! They tore out my old deck on a Monday and hauled away and started construction on the new deck. By the time I got home on Tuesday new deck was complete. It looks awesome 😎. All of my neighbors have commented on how nice it looks and how well built it is! Thank you Joel & crew 🙏

"We did everything in the world to satisfy this elderly lady. One day everything is great and beautiful and then the next she is not happy. I'm not sure what is going on with her. Mrs. W. ordered the wrong grout for her tile. We laid the tile and used her grout and she wanted to blame us for the mistake. All we did was pick the materials up for her. Moreover, we did fix her grout issue at no additional cost. We did the job on time and it looks great. I would put the job quality up against the best out there. I have been in business for many years so I am not surprised by anything anymore."

Concrete work was excellent, done in 2 days. Had some misunderstanding on the French drain, but came out the next day and was corrected. Considering having some addition work done this fall.

Mr. Jones and associate answered my ad on home advisor on may 6. The next day they measured and gave me an estimate. I was told that the project would be started in 2 weeks, TEN DAYS LATER HIS CREW STARTED AND COMPLETED MY 150 FOOT DRIVEWAY IN ONE DAY. The crew was so excellent and helped with much more than just the job. We are in talks for my foundation support windows and siding. THIS GENTLEMAN IS SO EASY TO WORK WITH HE HAS TOTALLY EARNED MY TRUST. I look forward to working with him again very soon. I could not be more pleased with my beautiful, permanent drive but do regret carving my big initials in it. I offered to allow Joel to put up a sign to advertise his work. Very happy, now I have to work on the house to keep up with the beautiful drive...
