Courteous to call ahead and reschedule to inclement weather delays. You could not tell that there was heavy equipment on my yard when they left and wouldn't know that I had a tree removed. Her crew did a wonderful job and her associate Brenda was also very helpful in advising on how to update the exterior of the home and even brought out a beautiful shrub to show me.
