John was courteous and took the time to during his assessment of the job needed to point out additional trees that will need to be removed due to lightning strikes that has rotting bases. Courteous to call ahead and reschedule to inclement weather delays. You could not tell that there was heavy equipment on my yard when they left and wouldn't know that I had a tree removed. Very professional Clean up! Thank you John, Crystal, and your Team!"

They cleaned up afterward and even offered some tips on how to use some pieces of the tree that we wanted to keep as decorations. (We took the advice and were pleased with it.) "Excellent tree cutting service. Unfortunately, after grinding the stump, I had to request the mulch be spread to have area appear "almost" level. Otherwise a very large mound of mulch would have been left in the area of where the tree was originally located."
