"Crew arrived on time or early. There seemed to be enough workmen to handle the size of the job and everyone got right to work. Lead man, Acker, was able to custom mix the French door stain when it turned out the store bought one was an unacceptable color. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated! This is a new construction home so when I found that some of the door stain had gotten on the new carpet I was very concerned. I contacted Blue Crew and within a couple of days Acker came out and completely corrected the problem! I have found some small areas where additional touch up is required but, these are very minor and I will gladly take care of them myself considering how good Blue Crew was in working within my tight schedule.

"Excel Pros did a great job cleaning my trim and removing the black stains from my roof. However, I was not so lucky on an estimate for some rotten wood/paint repairs that I needed too. It came in late and lump sum?no breakdown of work or charges. It included work that I had not agreed on (new gutters). When I asked Ryan to re-calculate and itemize everything (without gutters), assuming he was still interested, he said he'd work on it and get back to me. The end result was a text from Ryan a few days later that
said they were booked for the next 8-10 weeks but he'd be happy to help me if I needed it. Huh? No itemized estimate (still) and now a couple months out when he was preparing to do the work in a week or two before? That apparently was his way of no bidding the work after all.
 In all honesty, Ryan and his team were very personable and hard working. They did do a great job on my trim and roof?you
couldn't ask for better results. But the carpentry and paint part of his business leaves a lot to be desired. That is in its estimating, as I have no experience with his actual work.

"Very well done! They were here at designated time to meet for initial walk of the grounds. They later returned for the pruning and trimming; and again for the mowing/edging. This is the first time in years our lawn has been 'cared for.' We look forward to their upcoming maintenance of our yard! Communication is great: texts are almost immediately returned! This is a family business that is attentive to details and is knowledgeable about the care of the lawn and landscaping. Top drawer!"
